| UV-531 belongs to the benzophenone class of ultraviolet absorbers, with the chemical name 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone. It is a light yellow needle shaped crystalline powder at room temperature and is an excellent and efficient anti-aging agent. It can strongly absorb 270-340nm ultraviolet light and has the characteristics of light color, non toxicity, good compatibility, low mobility, and easy processing. It is widely used in PE PVC,PP,PS,PC, Organic glass, polypropylene fiber. |
