Product Description

Introduction

Atraric Acid (evernyl or veramoss) is a naturally occurring phenolic compound and ester with the IUPAC name methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoate and molecular formula C10H12O4. It occurs in the root bark of Pygeum africanum and Evernia prunastri (Oakmoss). 

Function

It was used in perfumery for many years, very specifically in the chypre accord. However, due to its allergic potential is now banned from use in perfumery, and its widely replaced by the synthetic note called Evewrnyl \ veramoss. 

This molecule has become a key ingredient in the aromatic fougere as well. A category of scent mostly appreciated by men.

There is evidence to suggest that it has antiandrogenic activity in humans and its use in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia, prostate cancer, and spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy has been investigated.

Application

The application examples of synthetic rubber moss are as follows:
1) Prepare a perfume essence. Add methyl dihydrojasmonate, linalool, ebonyl alcohol, fimbriol, cyclopentadecadienolide, neolinglaldehyde, neopiperonal, methyl cyprinone, ambergris ketone, muscone, iso methyl ionone, ambergris ether, 3-bornyl-2-butanol, and augurane into the mixing pot in turn, and then add watermelon ketone, coumarin, ethyl vanillin, and synthetic oak moss into the mixing pot in turn. After the solid is dissolved, add Xintiandi vanillin Add oxidized linalool, cauliflower oil, lemon oil, and lavender oil to a stirring pot, purify, and filter to obtain.
2) To prepare a floral essence for glass cleaner, each component and its mass fraction are as follows: 1-2 benzyl benzoate,  acetate, 1-2 dihydroacetoionone, 1-2 dimethyl benzyl carbinol acetate, 1-2 eugenol, 0.1-1 indole, 1-2 iso methyl ionone, 0.1-1 linalyl acetate, 1-2 agastache oil, 1-2 styrax acetate, 0.1-1 dihydrolinalool, 0.1-1 undecylaldehyde, 1-2 parts of white orchid ester, 1-2 parts of ethylene caryophyllene, 2-3 parts of cypress wood oil, 18-20 parts of dipropylene glycol, 0.1-1 part of ethyl vanillin, 1-2 parts of Tuna musk, 0.1-1 part of Hankolin, 3-4 parts of hexylcinnamaldehyde, 1-2 parts of citrine, 1-2 parts of neolingranal, 0.1-1 part of synthetic oak moss, 0.1-1 part of citral aldehyde, 4-5 parts of tert butylcyclohexyl acetate, 42-45 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate. The present invention has a fresh and pleasant mixed floral fragrance, which can be mixed with glass cleaning, and does not affect the use of glass cleaning agents while emitting the fragrance.
