Introduction |
Soybean polysaccharide is an ingredient, also known as soybean polysaccharide. It is mainly made from soybean protein processing or bean dregs fiber, a by-product of bean products processing such as tofu and Rolls of dried bean milk creams, through a series of processes. These processes include pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis (using cellulases, hemicellulases, etc.), separation, decolorization, sterilization, drying, and other steps. |
Function |
Food industry: Soy polysaccharides are often used as food fiber fortifiers, foam stabilizers, and food property improvers in the food industry. It has functional characteristics such as emulsion stability, quality improvement, and film-forming ability, and can be used to improve the taste and stability of food. Healthy food: as the raw material and carrier of healthy food for constipation, diabetes, obesity and other diseases, it can strengthen dietary fiber and reduce calories. Beverage products: In acidic beverages and milk powder, soy polysaccharides can enhance the stability of proteins in high temperature, high salt, frozen environments, and acidic conditions. Baked goods: In baked goods such as cakes and bread, soy polysaccharides can increase their puffing effect, make their taste soft, and extend their shelf life. |
Application |
Food additive: As a food additive, it is mainly used to improve the stability and taste of food, especially in acidic beverage products. Dairy products: It is used in dairy products such as blended milk, liquid formula milk, and blended milk powder to increase stability and improve taste. Noodle products: Applied in rice and noodle products, it helps prevent rice noodle adhesion and hardening, improve product quality, and enhance taste. Instant noodles: Used in non fried instant noodles, it can prevent sticking and sticking problems during cooking, which is helpful for product market promotion. Pastry and bread: used in baked goods to increase expansion, improve texture, and provide a moist taste. |
