We know that enzyme catalysis is sensitive to the pH of the reaction environment, and it may even become inactive if it does not match the color reagents. High absorption wavelength The absorption wavelength of chromogenic MAOS is relatively high, reaching 630nm, and is less affected by other substances in serum or other samples.
