1. Excellent antioxidant performance DTBHQ has superior antioxidant effect and good photostability. Easily dispersed in polymer, does not affect vulcanization. In actual use, its antioxidant and anti-aging effects are equal to or better than the antioxidants 1010, 4010NA, 264 and other products commonly used in the industry, and can be used as a light stabilizer in coatings, paints and other products. 2. Good safety performance DTBHQ is a non-toxic, odorless, colorless, non-polluting antioxidant. Toxicological performance test proved that the oral LD50>10.0g/kg of rats, no carcinogenic effect. 3. Good stability The melting point of DTBHQ is 212-218ºC and the boiling point is 313ºC, which is higher than the melting point of 4010NA (80.5C), the melting point of 1010 (119-123ºC) and the melting point of 264 (70ºC), and has good heat stability, compatibility, high extraction resistance and low volatility. It can improve the thermal oxygen resistance stability, weather resistance and cracking resistance of various polymer materials. |

DTBHQ is suitable for the vast majority of organic polymers, is currently one of the most widely used industrial antioxidants, but also a variety of polyester inhibitor. Can be used in the following materials and products: 1. all kinds of rubber: Natural rubber (NR), neoprene rubber (CR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), EPDM, Butadiene butadiene rubber (BP), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and other synthetic rubber and latex antioxidant DTBHQ, can delay the oxidation of vulcanized rubber and unvulcanized rubber and UV aging. 2. DTBHQ can be used as an antioxidant for lubricants, biodiesel (fuel oil) and oils (including cosmetics). 3. Can be used as a light stabilizer and antioxidant in coatings, paints, polyester adhesives and other products. 4. It is the same as the commonly used antioxidant, antioxidant, inhibitor and light stabilizer. In synthetic rubber, DTBHQ works well when combined with the antioxidant D NP. DTBHQ usually ranges from 0.1% to 2%, and can be used in combination with phosphite to further improve photothermal stability. |
