Introduction |
Lecithin, also known as phospholipids, is an important phospholipid belonging to the glycerophospholipids. It is an important component of the cell membrane and plays a crucial role in the function and structure of cells. Phospholipids are mainly formed by the combination of phosphatidic acid with different substituent groups, including choline, serine, inositol, etc. They can be converted from serine in the body or ingested through food. Phosphatidylcholine is synthesized on the cytoplasmic smooth endoplasmic reticulum and can be processed by the Golgi apparatus to become part of the biofilm or secreted out of cells. |
Function |
1. Delay aging
Soy lecithin can repair damaged cell membranes, increase the unsaturation of fatty acids in cell membranes, soften and rejuvenate them, thereby improving the body's metabolic capacity, self-healing ability and regenerative ability of body
tissues, thereby delaying the aging of the human body.
2.Regulate blood lipids and cholesterol
The emulsification of soy lecithin affects the transport and deposition of cholesterol and fat, and can remove excess triglycerides, so soybean lecithin can effectively reduce excessive blood lipids and cholesterol.
3. Strengthen brain function
A full supply of soy lecithin can ensure that there is sufficient choline and the "acetyl" in the human body to become "acetylcholine", thereby providing sufficient information transmission materials for the human brain, thereby improving the degree of activation of brain cells and improving the level of memory and intelligence.

Application |
Soy Lecithin is a wonderful ingredient to add to your culinary and body care recipes. It contains many beneficial properties, and is used as an emulsifier, thickener, stabilizer, mild preservative, moisturizer, and emollient. Lecithin can be utilized in almost any recipe, and is commonly found in both food and cosmetic products. |
