Introduction |
PASP is a water soluble polymer, has good scale inhibition on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. Its scale inhibition rate for calcium carbonate is 100%. Moreover, PASP has dispersion and corrosion inhibition properties to metal equipment. PASP is an alternative of phosphor-containing Water Treatment Chemicals, avoiding water system eutrophication and second pollution. |
Function |
1. Sodium polyaspartate, non-phosphorus, non-toxic, non-pollution and completely biodegradable, is an environmentally friendly chemical and belongs to a class of polyamino acids. The peptide bond on the main chain of the structure is easily broken by the action of fungi, microorganisms, etc., and is finally degraded into water and carbon dioxide that are harmless to the environment, which is safe and reliable. 2. In water treatment field,it has corrosion reduction and scale inhibition performance and dispersibility. Good chelation, low-limit inhibition and lattice distortion effects, change crystal structure of calcium salt, and form soft scales. At the same time, the polymer has good dispersing properties for scale. 3. In agriculture, it can be used as fertilizer synergist, soil conditioner, wetting agent, nutrient absorption enhancer to promote the production of vegetables, fruits, flowers and other crops. Simultaneous use with pesticides can improve efficacy. |
Application |
1. Phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor. As a scale inhibitor, it is particularly suitable for inhibiting the formation of calcium carbonate scale and calcium sulfate scale in cooling water, boiler water and reverse osmosis treatment, and especially has a good effect on sulfate scales. It has synergistic effect after compounding with PBTCA, HEDP, etc. As a corrosion inhibitor, it can be compounded with oxidized starch, organic phosphorus, zinc salt, etc., to achieve better corrosion inhibition effects. The lower concentration of polyaspartic acid at pH 8-9 has a better corrosion inhibition effect in seawater. Polyaspartic acid PASP as a scale and corrosion inhibitor is widely used in salt industry, oilfield reinjection water, seawater desalination, drilling fluid viscosity reducer, industrial circulating water, boiler water, reverse osmosis water, coal water slurry additives and other water treatments. In high hardness, high alkalinity, high PH, high concentration multiple, and high temperature system, it has excellent performance. 2. Green detergent auxiliaries. It is green and environmentally friendly, can be used as a new type of detergent, daily chemical additives, various non-toxic and non-polluting special fine chemicals additives, such as detergent synergists (like dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, industrial washing Agent). Polyaspartic acid is electrolyte-resistant, alkali-resistant and low-foaming. The role of polyaspartic acid in washing is to soften the water, promote dispersion and anti-fouling, and prevent the oil stains that have been washed away from re-staining. The key point is that PASP is excellent in biodegradation. 3. Agricultural applications. Used as fertilizer synergist, soil conditioner, wetting agent, nutrient absorption enhancer, promote the absorption of phosphorus by plants, and promote the growth of plant roots. Prevent drip irrigation pipes from scaling, alleviate soil compaction, and improve soil salinity. In addition, the combined use with pesticides can improve the efficacy. 4. Environmentally friendly dispersant. Polyaspartic acid has dispersing and chelating properties. Pigment dispersant (dye treatment for textile printing and dyeing), coal water slurry dispersant, etc. 5.Cosmetics application. Polyaspartic acid added to cosmetics can moisturize the skin, lock water on the skin, and improve skin elasticity. |
